Generic grades only; final grade is confirmed per part drawing.
Typical materials are PP, ABS, HIPS and PC, chosen by part size and surface requirement: PP and HIPS for large housings, ABS and PC where impact strength and finish matter. Final grade is confirmed per part drawing.
Large housings need even wall thickness and controlled shrinkage across wide, visible surfaces, with ribs and bosses placed for strength without sink marks. Trial checks cover size, fit and surface before the mould is accepted.
