Interior parts such as instrument panels, door trims and seat plates, with grained finishes. Interior moulds are reviewed for visible surface quality, soft-touch areas and assembly fit, and often pair with painting, laser etching or PVD trim in the same project.

Typical part materials in this range are PP, ABS, PC/ABS and PA, selected by part function: PP for large exterior panels, ABS and PC/ABS for interior trim, PA where strength and heat resistance matter, and clear PC grades for lamp lenses. Final grade, wall thickness and shrinkage are confirmed against the part drawing.
Moulds in this range are built for visible surfaces and tight fit: grained or high-gloss finishes as specified, hot-runner gating for large parts, and dimensional checks at trial — including blue-light scanning where the part requires it. Where a part needs a finished surface, painting, laser etching, printing, PVD or UV can follow moulding, with assembly completing the chain.
