Generic grades only; final grade is confirmed per part drawing.
Typical materials are POM, PA, PC, PBT and LCP, selected by mechanical, thermal and electrical requirements: POM and PA for gears and moving parts, PC and PBT for housings, LCP for fine-pitch, heat-resistant components. Final grade is confirmed per part drawing.
Precision work starts with the drawing: tolerances, datum surfaces and critical dimensions are reviewed before steel is cut, and trial parts are measured against them. Complex structures — including two-colour parts and printing on soft plastics — are reviewed as a complete process, not as separate steps.
