Generic grades only; final grade is confirmed per part drawing.
Typical materials are PP, HDPE, ABS and PA: PP and HDPE for pallets and storage parts, ABS and PA for housings and enclosures needing strength and impact resistance. Final grade is confirmed per part drawing.
Oversized moulds need rigid platens, even filling across long flow paths and cooling that prevents warpage in thick sections. Ribs and support structures are placed for stacking and transport loads, and trial checks cover size, flatness and fit.
